Booking and Payment of Your Course

To secure a place, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the course fees at the time of booking. If by any reason or circumstances you cannot attend the course on the agreed date, we will keep your deposit for a period of one natural year (i.e. 364 days). During that time, the deposit can be used for a re-scheduled course, enrolment on a different course / activity or the purchase of any product at our online-store. Afterwards, the deposit cannot longer be used in exchange for any services or products offered by the ETB.

The rest of the course fees (including cost of the course materials) must be paid in full four-weeks in advance of the agreed date for the start of the course.

In case you are booking the course less than four-weeks in advance to its starting date, we would ask for full-payment of course fees and materials.

Safety at the Workshop

During the practices at our workshop, all students are provided with the necessary PPE to carry out different tasks in accordance with established safety standards. However, no matter how careful you are, there is always the possibility to suffer minor injuries like cuts, bruises or skin burns, specially when cutting, mittering and welding the frame tubes. In any case, the ETB cannot be held responsible for any possible injuries resulting from undertaking any of our courses and the associated manual activities performed at our workshop. We will definitely look after you and provide adequate safety instructions for all tasks.

Warranty of Frames and Bikes

One of the training premises at the ETB is for students to carry out all the tasks and exercises imparted in the courses by themselves under professional supervision. The resulting frames, forks, wheels or complete bikes would have a good quality and be rideable without any major concern but we cannot provide a the sort of warranty as if they had been built or assembled by a qualified frame-builder or professional bicycle mechanic.

Shipping

Once we receive the payment, we will send you a message with the weight and dimensions of the package for you to arrange a pickup.

Returns

In accordance with the current legislation in Spain, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, without the need to justify the decision and without incurring additional costs, except for those corresponding to the return of the product.
