Columbus Zona steel tube set specially selected for our courses.

This set of tubes offers a good balance between quality and ease of work, which is why it is particularly recommended for making your first frames.

The tubes are long enough to cover sizes S, M and L.

All sets are susceptible of some degree of customization depending of the stock we have at the moment.

· Columbus main tubes Oversize Zone 24CrMo4 alloy (UTS=9000MPa YS=800Mpa Ap5=12%)

· Upper tube round section 28.6mm Thickness 0.7-0.5-07mm Length 600mm

· Über Oversize Diagonal Tube round section 38.6mm 0.7-0.5-0.7mm Length 600mm

· External tapered seat tube round section 28.6mm 0.8-0.6-1.2mm Length 620mm

· Curved MTB rear chainstays. 16x30mm thickness 0.8-0.6mm Length 425mm

· Curved MTB Rear Suspenders O.D. 16mm thickness 0.7mm Length 560mm.  Maximum rear triangle wheel arch 2.1″ depending on design.

· Blind supports for 2 x stainless steel bottle holders

· 1 Silver Rod 48% 1mm UTS 550Mpa, Solidus 640º – Liquidus 680ºC for bottle holder supports and toe reinforcements * (Borax recommended Stainless Light Flux Cycle Design – Blue Lid)

· Includes original Columbus Zona sticker.

· Laser cut, machined and brazed ETB ISO tested drop outs (we have different options!).
