This two-day course is aimed to any cyclist who already has some basic mechanical knowledge and would like to proceed to do a more advanced maintenance and adjustment of their bikes or who is looking to work professionally in the bike sector. This course combines a theoretical part in which the student learns the mechanical principles and typologies of all bike components (forks, headsets, bottom brackets and cranks, transmission and brake systems, wheels and hubs) with a more practical part in which several mechanical tasks of installation, adjustment and maintenances are undertaken to do a complete bike build.
At the end of the course, the student would have acquired a good mechanical knowledge and valuable set of mechanical skills to build a complete bike, not only selecting different components according to specifications and compatibility, but also undertaking the installation, maintenance and adjustment of all major bike components.
